The service
Joio is a browser extension that organizes your Gmail inbox. Every Google account gets a 7-day free trial, counted from its first sign-in to Joio, with full access to the features (view by sender, bulk actions, unsubscribing, local rules) and a quota of AI classifications. If the AI quota runs out first, the other features keep working until the trial ends. After the trial, a plan is required: the extension stays locked until you choose one. The trial is granted once per Google account and does not restart if you reinstall the extension.
Plans
- Single use: a one-time payment that unlocks AI classification for the number of days shown at purchase, up to the plan's quota. It does not renew.
- Monthly: a subscription that renews automatically every month, with the plan's quota each period. You can cancel at any time through the subscription portal; access continues until the end of the period already paid.
Prices, quotas and duration are shown in the extension before payment. Prices are in Brazilian reais (BRL) when Joio is in Portuguese and in US dollars (USD) in other languages. Unused quota does not carry over to the next period. Payments are processed by Stripe. A plan belongs to the Google account used to buy it.
Withdrawal and refunds
You can withdraw from a purchase within 7 days (Brazilian Consumer Protection Code, art. 49) and request a full refund by writing to the contact email.
Your responsibilities
Actions in your inbox (archiving, moving to Trash, unsubscribing, creating filters) are carried out at your request. The extension starts in simulation mode and keeps a history so you can undo, but the final decision is yours. AI classification is an estimate and can be wrong.
You may not use the service to get around limits, resell access to the AI or automate calls outside the extension; such accounts may be suspended.
Availability
The service is provided as is. Outages at Gmail, the AI provider or Stripe may temporarily affect features; during that time, the extension keeps working with local rules.
